Minis Workspace

Minis is the current primary work entrance: a phone-native AI workspace with local shell access, project files, memory, browser tools, and native iOS integrations.

Role

Minis handles lightweight coordination and execution:

inspect files and project state
run local scripts
coordinate remote hosts such as digitalocean-sg
maintain memory and project reports
publish or prepare public content
verify deployments from the same chat context

Default pattern

Use Minis for orchestration and verification, then move heavier builds or long-running work to the appropriate remote surface.
